Kay Jay's Collision had great communication, customer service, and had my car ready a couple days earlier than projected. Sometimes the people that work at auto body shops can be a bit snobby or rude, but that definitely wasn't the case here. In fact these guys (especially Robert and Mike) are more accommodating and personable than servers at a restaurant. I do plan on doing business with them in the future if I have any work that needs to be done on my car.
