The staff was super friendly and helpful in explaining how the insurance would be handled and going around the car to assess the damage. They also had donuts and water that they offered us, and even called a Lyft to the nearest Enterprise so I could get my rental. When I picked up my car, I was given all the proper paperwork, did another walk around the car to assess what they fixed and was told that they take extra care of State Farm insurers so I could bring back my car anytime I needed. Best of all, I was able to pick my car up on a Saturday before noon, which was AWESOME. Excellent staff, excellent service. 12/10 would use again.

Everyone was super nice and welcoming, and explained how the repair process would work. They even offered us donuts and water when we first walked in. It was also super nice of one of the staff to call an Uber for us to drive us to Enterprise and pick up our rental car. So thoughtful!
