Between the insurance and Keaton’s continuing sending in “supplements” the vehicle was with them for 6 weeks for a simple deer strike

For non insurance work and especially jobs you very expensive. Don't really give a working man any breaks. 40 years ago Rick was not that way, ne helped people. Now he is big time and appears owned by the insurace companies. Sad

I cannot say enough good things about Keaton’s Auto Body Repair. They were extremely transparent throughout the entire process, worked directly with my insurance, and completely handled the overage so I didn’t have to worry about anything. They had my car for about two weeks, and since I didn’t have rental coverage, they provided me with a loaner vehicle for the entire duration, which saved me hundreds of dollars. They were also very accommodating with my schedule — I was leaving for a cruise and wouldn’t be in town, so they scheduled my repair around that. Daniel only asked that I remind him a few days before bringing my car in so he could make sure a loaner was available. While I was away, I had my parents contact him since I wouldn’t be able to make calls. Daniel communicated with me through text and was surprisingly responsive considering how busy the shop stays. The whole experience was smooth, stress-free, and handled with excellent customer service. I highly recommend Keaton’s Auto Body Repair! Oh and, everyone was extremely friendly and they even washed and waxed my car and left it with that nostalgic Cherry scent!
