Lady at desk was rude as hell, Kendall who set up my car repair forgot to replace the most important part of my car that I made clear I needed fixed I will not return.

Yes, the vehicle was in good repair. However, I could get that service from multiple companies, without the rude and unprofessional attitude that Kendall showed me. He was very disrespectful.

Absolutely phenomenal service. Can't tell that some old lady hit us in a gas station parking lot while we were pumping gas In it. Paint job was spot on. Customer service was awesome. We will always use Keaton's for any repair work we have to have done. Awesome job. We will recommend to everyone. #1!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
