Keeler offered me an array of customer amenities including shuttling me to pick up my rental vehicle when my car first when in for repairs to dropping my vehicle off at my place of employment, and returning the rental for me at completion. Each individual I interacted with (service advisor, transportation, technicians, etc) was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely pleasant (kudos HR).
