Getting updates and call backs were not always timely. If you say you will call back before the end of the day follow through even if it is to say you dont have an answer.

I have some experience to prepare my vehicle through my insurance company at Collision expert. It flow well without any problem with them. When I purchase my MINI at Keelar, I was happy to purchase ( lease) with sales guy. When hit a deer, I thought this place is the best place to repair too. It has been frustrated the process and the quality job.I let it go my frustration of the process but when I picked up, there was no stripe on my MINI and so many tiny buffed scratches all over on front ( is this normal?) Ed text me that my car can’t apply the stripe on 30days due to just painting. Is that means I can’t wash (wash car machine) my car for a while( how long)? I didn’t get those an important information. Also I asked change tire to winter tire while my car is repairing. When I drove a straight road, my car is slightly going to right, it isn’t completely aligned. Do I have to ask service with alignment as well? If so, you have to tell me if this have to be done together when change the tire. I have appointment in Jan for apply the stripes, please fix an alignment and buffed scratches. Also, please help to fix screen ( it shows different than before). Thank you.

There where scratches on the car that weren’t there before, the car feels like it needs a wheel alignment now. I don’t know if that’s from putting it up and continuing to keep having to lift it but, I’m very Pacific about my car.
