Ed at keeler benz was the most professional and helpful positive experience I’ve ever had at a dealership let alone one after a collision. He was attentive prompt empathetic and provided 12/10 service to make sure my needs were mer and I was able to get back into my car in a safe and timely manner. He offered much needed support and flexibility. His communication skills were impeccable and without him and his service I know my experience would have been nervous. He took care of everything start to finish and it was such a relief. Many thanks to Ed and the outstanding service he provided. Could not have asked for more.
