The repair took too long. It appears the insurance company took a long time to approve but I was not kept updated as promised . I have received texts and said I would be updated on a specific day and was not several times.

The part was originally installed by your technicians and came off. The menager found a small scratch and blame me- I was told that because it was an accident the part came off. There was no accident and a scratch is literally smaller then a credit card and barely seen.

Made an appointment two weeks in advance only to find out 2 days after dropping it off the part was not ordered. Called to check on the pick up date the time it would be ready only to get there and was told the bumper was even on the car yet. My time is valuable and we were without a car for 4 days. All of the could have been avoided with proper planning on your part and lack of correct communication. I hope in the future not to have to deal with type of frustration again.

When picking up the car, for rust repair, rust residue had to be wiped off the tailgate handle. A spot, about 3â long, on one of the tailgate hinges had to be buffed out. After leaving the collision center, I had to go directly to Honda Service because all 4 tires were low on tire pressure and the dashboard warning light was on. The rear window is full of fingerprints. Thereâs greasy marks on the white paint near the tailgate. The car wasnât even washed. It doesnât seem like the collision center takes pride in their work.

I have over spray on my drive side windshield and glue on the front and back of my car. The girl there was very nice. I think her name is Taylor. She said when I call back they will buff my whole car. However it is annoying bringing my car back again.
