It took 24 days for my car to be done. That seems excessive. I had to pay $400 for a rental car for two weeks during that period.

The place has turned into a joke they get the parts in. They hold them for three or four days instead of getting them in where they need to be and they keep bumping you out pumping out they Pacific orders to give certain parts back and they don’t do that And when I asked if I could have a discount for either being a veteran or for them delay me getting my vehicle back several times they told me no it’s between me and the insurance company which I think is bullshit. I will never come back there again. At least the old owner has kept their word. I had three non-major things replaced and took more than a month. Replace a hood, a lower bumper cover, and a headlight cover.

They take forever and I have found some blemishes in the paint it took over a month to replace for minor parts. The reason I gave him an eight is because it looks better than what it looked like after the accident not sure if I’m willing to take it back to have them fix the paint so it will be gone for another month
