I dropped off my damaged car, but for some reason, my appointment didn’t show up in the computer. They knew I only had a rental car for a limited time, so they took me in anyway and somehow worked me into their schedule, even finishing a week ahead of the estimated date. The work was excellent. The office staff is very understanding and was able to calm my jitters. I give Keene Auto Body five stars (out of five!).

Everyone at Keene auto was fine. Not a fan of VIP where the tire work was done. Haven’t had a chance to look the vehicle over but think all is ok. Tom was good to communicate with Theresa was very good and professional.
