At the time of the estimate visit, and at drop off, to anticipate the car in two weeks. We based our choice of rental on that time period. Work was almost three weeks before completion. We worked with this, but no updates regarding delays were provided during the course of repairs until I called and asked early in week 2. I called two more times that week for updates. The only updates Keene Auto Body provided were when work was almost completed.

Great job on the repairs. They fixed my back window, took everything I had in the back out, cleaned all the glass out and put everything back more organized than I had it!
