Appreciated the team taking the time to do things right and keep the customer first. Replacing all necessary parts and restoring the vehicle to its previous condition. Rather than just taking the cheap way out which was suggested initially by the other insurance company. They knew better and fixed it right.

There was clearly a lack of communication between the automated system and the actual shop. My expected date of completion changed more times than I can count. The repair is great. Perfect actually everything I asked for. The amount of time it took and the runaround from the phone calls on the other hand, not impressed.
