There was clearly a lack of communication between the automated system and the actual shop. My expected date of completion changed more times than I can count. The repair is great. Perfect actually everything I asked for. The amount of time it took and the runaround from the phone calls on the other hand, not impressed.

Paint job was perfect. Customer service was perfect. Scheduling was horrendous. One time use body parts should have been ordered to match arrival of car so all could be checked the day it arrived. .and not discovered day of pick up as being wrong size...Delays in queue should have been communicated before drop off to save rental car costs.

Unless they want their car back before 4 weeks. The last delay from the scheduled Thursday to the next Monday after I was called and told it would be ready Thursday is what I will remember about this repair. Everything was perfect otherwise

I was pleased with the clean paintwork and the quick completion of the repair. However, I noticed that the bumper alignment is not precise, leaving a gap between the bumper and the headlight, which I found somewhat disappointing.
