the only thing that makes it a 9 and not a 10 is my rim and tire still have marks from the accident and it did not get repaired. when i brought it in i was told that if the marks were still there after the repair and after it was cleaned then they would do what they can to fix it

The repair took over two months, with a lot of delays. I consistently received calls about when it would be ready only to have it delayed time and time again. On the positive side, they covered the rental because of the delays and did a good job detailing it upon completion.

Door trim not reinstalled correctly. Bumper finish glossier than original. Detailing was sub par. Roof of cab was not cleaned. Detailed buffed paint off a repair and I was not informed nor offered to fix it.

Body shop personal were good to work with and professional. However, I’m not satisfied with the repairs. This was a $25,000 repair on a new vehicle. When I arrived the color did not match. They did repaint to match, but the paint was rushed and in the sun you can see and feel dust in the paint. Also can tell trim was masked over verse removed when paint was corrected. It also still does not match. Additionally the exterior of the car was not detailed well. There is tape residue on the entire roof and door panels. The plastic black guards between the doors have tape residue and look visibly scratched and over sprayed. There is also overspray inside the tailgate interior trim. Again, the car was new prior to the accident. Total repairs took 3 months to complete. I have not returned with my issues, only because I don’t want to be out of a vehicle again for a long period of time.
