Rear bumper step pad was not secured when picking up the vehicle. An emblem was installed crooked. All the above should have been observed/corrected. It shows poor, or lack of procedures.

The quality of work was great and you are an approved shop through insurance..... but I dont know that I could recommend your services to a friend that is paying out of pocket, solely based on the lack of communication

We had to reschedule our rental car 3 times ... each time because we were scheduled to drop off the truck for repairs... we recieved no phone call, got to the shop and were told that the parts weren't in..... we also did not receive timely updates and there was poor communication about when the truck would be finished. Clearer communication would have prevented a lot of frustration and late day care pick ups

So far, everything seems to have been very well done. The car rides smoothly. The new paint areas appear to match seamlessly. I was also impressed with how clean my car was when I picked it up.
