There was flaws in the paint when I came to pick up. They had to redo the work. Also was told I would be getting brand new parts and then instead at pick up I was told they were just repaired. Also told service that camera was still incorrect but they did not agree and did not fix it.

Very disappointed. I specifically asked to have a 12-24 hour notice when my vehicle would be done. Instead I was called at 3:45 and told I needed to pick up by 5:30. I live an hour away and work until 5. Very disappointed in this. When I came to pick up (after leaving work early and driving two hours) the car had imperfections so I had to leave the vehicle for them to fix. THEN i called two days later asking for an update at 3:30 and the lady on the phone said “oh yeah it finished at 8:00 this morning. You need to come pick it up today by 5:30”. Not very happy with this system at all. Happened not once but twice! I had to pay extra days for a rental that I didn’t want and my car was filthy after I got it back

After receiving the car, the first time I did have some concerns I addressed it with the manager and they got with the insurance company and made my car look like the accident never happened. Thank you so much for the wonderful job.
