The collision team did an excellent job in repairing my vehicle. With that said, I have to commend Joe Joe for her excellent customer service. She was always diligent in keeping me updated on the progress of my vehicle, and any paperwork I might have needed to expedite the process. She is definitely a gem, and worth every penny. You pay her and then some. I hope you pay her well because good customer service is very very hard to find. She was always friendly had a great Personality, and always treated me with nothing but respect and sympathy for not having my vehicle sooner than I would have liked, but no fault of Kelly Collision. I speak very very highly of JoJo.
