I was not pleased with the receptionist when she would take a call and tell me see get back in about one hour and I would have to call back several hours later to get my answer as to my question asked that happened several times for what ever reason !!! The service department would return call in an appropriate timely manner. Two different results from same dealership!!!

I was pretty happy with lift gat struts and alignment of rear hatch Until I was driving home and noticed side detection was not working I called fist thing next morning but no reply so I went to collision shop to tell them what had happened the guy told me he has never heard of that problem at least three times I asked to have it hooked up to a scanner he said 1/2 hour was not enough time He said it was to late but told me he would call me today No call so far it’s 2:30 so I guess I will have to go back after work and basically be told I was a liar the thing is that everything worked perfectly when I dropped it off now it doesn’t
