They work directly with my insurance company. Over the years I have had 3 body work jobs on 2 different vehicles. They assess the damage. They call my insurance company. Then they contact me informing me of my financial situation, schedule the repair date. DONE.

The paint around the mirror is a little sloppy and two small dents in the front driver door were not fixed. The two dents were not on the repot we did on the claims app, but my daughter pointed them out when she dropped the car off.

A truck that some people told me was totalled is now like it came off the showroom floor. The mechanic who did the body repair on this vehicle must be one of the best around. Service and quality could not be better. (I wont even take off a point out of 10 for the light in my dash that needs to be reset because they will resolve that quickly)
