To start with the estimate was the most thorough that we received. The other two came in at half the price but they openly admitted they wouldn’t know for sure until they took it apart. One of them barely even spoke to me, basically just handed me a print out of the estimate and sent me on my way. The guys at Ken’s Auto Body took the time to walk through the estimate with me, which was greatly appreciated. There was very little surprise in what the actual cost would be and any changes to the estimate were communicated right away, which was minimal compared to the total cost. I appreciated that the exterior of my vehicle was clean and they cleaned the interior too, a small effort that goes a long way! They also parked my vehicle inside over night so it wouldn’t be cold when I picked it up in the morning! It ran like a dream today and I put on about 60 miles. Because of all this we will be bringing our other vehicle in for some body work. Thanks for the attention to detail, it has gained Ken’s Auto Body a life long customer!
