Jeff, the service man who helped me was very professional and answered all of questions. I felt I understood completely what the work entailed, the time line and was treated very well. The woman working the desk, however, was very stern and not very approachable. When I arrived to drop my truck off she made me feel as if I was interrupting her morning and that I was aggravating to her with any questions I had. She threw paper work at me and didn't explain much and if I missed a spot to sign she would sigh very loudly as if I was an idiot. It was very frustrating having to deal with her and she made the atmoshpere unfriendly and tense.
