Tyler put himself into “my business” when it came to the mechanical and engine issue. He ruined my ability for a claim b/c he stated he didn’t see any physical damage. Therefore no harm. Well who the F does he think he is. Stay in your lane dude. Your Autobody. He told me of the cars going in a ditch and over an embankment he hasn’t seen any leaks like mine. Dude! My car was going in reverse and hit a concrete barrier. The jarring can cause a leak anywhere on the vehicle. Engine bolts can become loose. Yet again. I was wrong. Then Tim Torrance from Erie shows up to KC one afternoon and Tyler taints him with his opinion! I get a call from Tyler wanting me to come up to KC immediately. I had no idea Tim was there. I wasn’t able to just pop in my car and meet them instantly. I am beyond livid. I will not recommend Ky Collision to anyone.

Hello, I'm still having several issues with the car. The warning light is still on, and there's also a problem with the paint. This morning, when I started the car, I heard an unusual noise. It seems like it's coming from the belt area or possibly the alternator. Could you please take another look at it and let me know when I can bring it back in? Thank you.

I would give the shop a 6 out of 10. The staff was helpful, but I still have some concerns about the quality of the repair. There are still issues with the vehicle that need to be properly inspected and resolved, especially the unusual noise when starting the car.

I would rate the repair a 5 out of 10. Although some repairs were completed, I am still experiencing several issues with the vehicle. The warning light is still on, there is an unusual noise when I start the car, and there are still concerns with the paint. I would like these issues to be properly inspected and resolved.

I explained to the person who inspected the vehicle that I was hearing an unusual noise when starting the car. I was told that it could be caused by the tire rubbing against the fender, but that does not appear to be the case. The vehicle was hit by a Toyota pickup truck, and the impact was strong enough to bend the steering wheel. Because of the force of the accident, I am concerned that the noise may be related to damage from the collision that has not been properly identified or repaired. I would like this issue to be thoroughly inspected and properly addressed.

I am very satisfied with the paint job! It looks amazing and I cannot even tell there was an accident. However, I did notice on the front passenger side door, (next to the one that was repaired), the trim around my window is not securely in place. It wasn’t like that before and it may be a very simple fix, but it may have had to be removed to work on the car properly. This silver piece along the top of that door just doesn’t seem lined up right and it is a bit loose compared to the other side. When I return for the remainder of my repairs I am hopeful you can take a look and fix it. Thank you so much for reaching out!
