And that is only because of the longevity it took to get my car out of the shop. They are so slammed it took over a month from start to finish. But, they do have amazing customer service and I honestly feel they did the best they could do, with how busy they are. Just for feedback, an honest time estimate(6 weeks) would have been better than being told each week, it was going to be another week. That was very frustrating to plan a rental for.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience and results from them! They close at 5 and I worked until 4 and rushed over to pick my Jeep up. Was about 10 minutes late and they even stayed open so I didn’t have to wait another day to get my car! They were very professional and polite and I would recommend them to anyone!

The front desk staff were efficient but slightly rude both on the phone and in person. They were unable to fix all of the damage and the repair they did was reasonable but noticeable. There is still a sound from the vents and the AFS sensor will need to be fixed by me, paying out of pocket, at my Lexus dealer. The paint on the hood is still chipped, was not repaired
