The woman at the front desk was very helpful with initial scheduling and repair timelines! Alexander went above and beyond getting the repairs covered through Carvana's warranty service, Silverrock. He ended up getting more covered than silver Rock had originally approved on my side. Which was awesome! His communication was excellent throughout the process and timelines were accurate!

Alex, was such a fantastic person. Not only was he always kind when he spoke to me, he also kept me very well informed on my car and the process of which it was in while being repaired. He was extremely patient with me and one of my kids when dropping off my car, never once rushed me or made it feel like I had to hurry. My car came out absolutely perfect. I couldn’t have had a better company fix my vehicle.
