Staff was friendly, repair looks good. But 2 months to repair rear bumper & quarter panel? The delay from Feb 6 to Mar 17 was all just rear quarter replacement ..... feels way too slow.

They were polite to deal with, but 2 months to replace a bumper & rear qtr panel is absurd.

I explained that my car was 16 years old. I was not worried about fixing aesthetics.but functionality. The car repair was great but Alexander buffed off the majority of paint scratches on my fender and my passenger mirror as well. I use a walker with wheels and he placed it in my trunk at both visits to KC. That saved my back. I appreciate his thoughtfulness.

The front office person who answers the phone doesn't seem to like what she is doing. Phone contact with the repair of car was not good as it use to be.
