I had a fantastic repair experience with only two notes of improvement! The first being the communication was fantastic while my car was under repair at the body shop but I wish it would have been a little more upfront about the process of assessment and pace of return estimate. Second, when I got my car back it was on immaculate shape and cleaned to perfection, but a minor random inconvenience happened when I found that the plastic cover off my passenger side seat to adjust the back rest was completely taken off and sitting on the seat cushion. Though that side of my car should have needed any work it came back different in that regard then when I dropped it off, hopefully it’s a quick fix! Overall, I would return to work with this body shop in the future for any type of vehicle needs! Thank you all for your help!
