The shop owes me for a defective fuel door.The new owner of the vehicle had to pay to fix it after I originally paid for it. I expect my 130.88 returned to me

The extra repair I asked for, a fuel door replacement was not put on correctly. The door sticks out from body. Unpaid 130 for this and was not covered by insurance. I tried to cancel the door but was agressively denied by the shop manager. The vehicle was also delayed without any communication until the day before it was supposed to be finished.
