I would. Gage’s response when I called the day after Christmas could not have been better. He took my car back, he supplied me with a loaner, and he found the problem and fixed it right away. My one suggestion to the shop is they make certain their techs are prepared to service hybrids. I’m not certain why that separate cooling system was drained, since I understand it is completely separate from the cooling system that was being serviced. I would guess there was still some residual coolant in the line, so the car appeared to run normally for a few miles before the sensors reported imminent damage to the vehicle, and for the driver to pull over in a safe place and stop driving the car because it was about to fail. Even a quick visual inspection under the hood, an alert examiner would’ve noticed a fluid reservoir that was noticeably empty. A less resourceful driver might well have pulled off the road and called a tow truck, spoiling the holiday. As it was, I drove the car about 45 miles in that condition, slowly, and only time will tell whether any damage was inflicted on the batteries. Are there vehicle appropriate checklists for the techs to use as they close out a repair?

The work appears to be very well done, and my car looks great. There was a little hiccup in that the coolant for the hybrid system was drained and not refilled, so the car reported it was undrivable on Christmas day halfway to my destination

Best team of individuals I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Not only did they take the vehicle and repair it within a couple days. They handled the insurance company and rental themselves.
