Wow. What an incredible experience I had with Key City Collision in Abilene on Butternut St. My van was hit. I was given a selection of about 5 autonomy shops in the Abilene area through the State farm Select program. After reading the previous reviews on Key City, I picked them. What a great decision that was. I called up. Spoke with Mr. Michael “TrueLove”! He was very courteous, attentive and made me feel like I was family. I spoke with David a few times also. He was awesome too. These guys were on point. Returned my phone calls. Call to update me on the progress of my van. It was a pleasure communicating with them on the phone. Then I go to pick up my van. Mr. Truelove was there to greet me. Incredibly super nice guy just like he was on the phone. My van not only got repaired. It looks better than it did before the accident. Big hats off to the whole Key City Crew. This experience was incredible. You all keep up the great great work you do. It is very much appreciated. The car honestly looks great reason for only 8/10 is because multiple clips for interior panels where broken and not replaced sure it only cost me a few bucks for the clips but with the price of the repair even though insurance paid. They should have been fixed.

Took too long, poor communicator and excessive excuses. Didn’t repair correctly and damaged the body of my car even more making it required a paint job now. You should have sent it to Honda to start with bc you knew you were out of your league with this repair but you picked a cheep repair shop to sublet and they did a bad job so it falls on you and your shop. So disappointed and dissatisfied.

It was a brand new car with less than 5000 miles. When it was returned to me the car still was not fixed. When I asked about it I was told they thought the car sounded like that with the whining and the bad wheel noise. It was a brand new car, it didn’t make a sound before it was wrecked. If you want to know what it SHOULD be then go test drive a new one and then you will have a frame of reference. What a ridiculous excuse as to why you didn’t realize there were more issues. If you can’t fix it to its original quality then you should find someone who can or total it if it can’t be done!
