They told me my car would take 3 weeks and it ended up only taking 5 days! They made sure to go over all the details so that there would be no surprises along the way as well. They even cleaned off my dogs nose prints off the window which was not part of the job!

Everyone was extremely helpful and personable. Bina was very helpful and professional the day I took my car in for an estimate . The weather turned off icy and bad the day I was scheduled to take my car in so we had to push that out . When I did take it in a nice young man that worked in the shop took me back home because the roads and parking lots were still a bit icy, I realize that was over and beyond and I really appreciated his kindness and willingness to do that. I wish I could recall his name . Everyone was extremely helpful and professional when I picked it up. Bina explained to me how to let the paint cure and washing instructions. I know if I have any issues with my cars repairs I can count on them to take care of them. Thank you to everyone at Key City for a job well done!
