Appointment made to deliver damaged vehicle to you, with understanding that parts for the repair had already been ordered. However, apparently repair people "on vacation" prevented a timely repair. It seemed that my vehicle sat idle at your shop for quite some time, which is not what was expected. I checked on progress a couple of times. Finally, after my expressed concern, suddenly the vehicle was repaired. This was a disappointment because when I brought the vehicle to you, your staff was very kind and professional. I would expect for your services to be timely and transparent. Ultimately that did not occur.

I have gone through yall twice now and both time I believe yall have done an amazing job. The time it took to contact me about the repairs and complete the repairs have been very fast, I was contacted the same day that I filed the insurance claim on the second repair. Along with keeping me well updated the whole time and cleaning the car very well I believe they have done an exceptionally well done job.
