I feel that Key City wanted to make sure the truck was as back to new as possible. It did take a little longer than expected however they communicated the reasons, if it was back order on parts or finding another part that needed ordered. The staff that I talked to were very friendly and never seemed to get agitated with me calling to see where we were at with the truck. They washed and detailed the truck the day it was picked up. The paint job was amazing. We are very pleased with the work.

Left rear door to body alignment is off with noticable overlap and water ingress. Left rear fender flare paint overspray/bad masking and protective film has numerous bubbles. Bed had multiple overspray areas. Left running board bracket was bent and bolt cross threaded/not fully installed. Rear axle vent hose not secured to bed. Driver's door paint touch up not feathered/flush. Bed shifted to passenger side of vehicle.
