Had to return twice after picking up my truck. First was because I noticed the headliner wasn't completely installed. Second was because the rear seatbelts were not retracting at all, rendering them ineffective and unsafe. Both were quick fixes but if we hadn't arrived in time for the seatbelts, we would not have had a safe family vehicle for the whole weekend. Also, my antennae was not re-installed when I picked up the truck. It's an easy thing but a detail left for me to figure out that would've taken the shop two seconds to complete. As far as I can tell, the paint workmanship is fine but the attention to detail was lacking and quite inconvenient.

The process was okay but the communication was a bit slow. I was told additional parts had to be ordered but was not clearly told the completion date. I was told by the rental agency that the lease was extended which lead me to believe the car was not ready. When I arrived at Key Collision, they acted like the car was sitting for 8 additional days which does not add up. Then, when I tried to leave my car battery was COMPLETELY dead. As if a door or light was left open causing it to drain. I was sent home after a quick charge and your team tried to shift blame off of them. I have never had troubles with battery until I picked up the car. The battery being dead forced me to frantically find a ride to the hospital where my wife was going into labor that afternoon.
