It repair was fine , but there were no phone calls to tell me what was going on for 10 days. I understand it was an insurance repair and they had to wait but a phone call would have been nice when I was told it was an estimated 2-3 day repair I had to call in on the third day to find out they had to wait longer for the insurance co even though I took a check over there for the major repair and they were talking about the other repairs they needed to do. I wish they had at least picked up a phone to let me know without me having to call. Then I called 2 days later and they said they were still waiting on insurance. Then I called on the 10th day only to find out they were still waiting on insurance to send the remainder of the payment less than $200. I called insurance to get things settled the insurance co. Told me they just needed an invoice , and once they got that they could justify paying the remainder. If they had notified me any time during the repair that it was done and they were waiting on insurance I could have become involved much sooner. The only phone call they ever gave me in the ten days was on the 11th day to say insurance paid and I could come get my car. I have been in customer service my entire life, and I felt it was sorely lacking.
