Absolutely love my Hyundai vehicle but would never reccomend because my experience with the dealership staff has been so unpleasant and inefficient.

Customer service is poor and I always wait at least 45 minutes whenever I visit the dealership (even if I am just picking up my car). The service managers have terrible attitudes and do not assist easily. Lastly, I recently had to have my car repainted because of defective paint on my car and the paint job was done sloppily and lines/unpainted areas on my car were left when I picked it up. Very dissatisfied with my experience at Key Hyundai. Love my car but would not reccomend to anyone simply because the repeated experiences I have had at the dealership have been so bad.

No one ever communicated with me! Had no idea where repairs stood or even given an ETA, not even a round about date! Notified car was ready & I owed you 528. knowing my deductible was 500. l was left to ask why that amt? I received more customer services with the cashier that helped me look for my car, because NO ONE knew where it was, but those repair prices were itemized... in detail!

It's just a little bit too costly to bring it into the shop there I'm sure they do a great job but the prices are a bit ridiculous
