The collision team at Key were friendly, thorough and professional. Update calls were timely even when the news was less than favorable (delayed ordering, insurance payments etc.) my final bill was detailed including after care.

I was hoping for better alignment of the left rear fender/bumper. The gap between the rear hatch door and the fender/bumper is not uniform.

Every step was communicated effectively, and once all the required parts arrived, the job was completed in a timely basis. The workmanship is like new, and as I had the suv appraised recently, the repair looks better than it did before. I could not ask for more effective and quality workmanship. I highly recomment Key auto body for your body work. You cannot go wrong. They even made suggestions regarding other potential repairs.
