Repair and execution was very good and for the most part flawless. Getting parts; painful. Not Key's fault, Joe Biden is involved. God save us all. Then door handle on passenger side incorrectly reinstalled and doesn't function.

Staff was friendly and provided updates on vehicle. When I picked up vehicle it would have been nice to have someone go through the areas and items that were repaired and to look out for.

Loved the quality of the work. I did not give it a 10 because it took 3 weeks to get the work done. I would still use them again in the future because of the quality but I wish I did not have to be without my car for that long
