The people were kind, helpful and friendly but I gave the rating that I did because they let me think my car was going to be ready for three days (Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday) and on Tuesday specifically, i had to call them twice to find out if they had finished it and they did not answer either phone call. I had to leave two messages only for them to call me back a half hour later to tell me my car won't be ready until tomorrow. I would've appreciated it if they had contacted me instead of letting me believe, all day, i could pick up my car. Only for me to have to contact them, an hour before they closed, for an update

Great work. They really did a great job matching the paint. My car is a blue car and they were spot on. They provide the pick up and drop off for the rental which makes very convenient.

They could've put air in my tires at least because when we got the car back our tires were at 13 and the tire pressure light was on
