There is a piece missing on my hood. It’s a little black “cap” that dispenses the windshield washer fluid.

This was the worse experience I have ever had from this shop, and I have used them several times in the past. Even when I brought my dissatisfaction to the 'manager' i was told it would be rectified within an hour, and he would call me to make sure it was.... I never heard from him again and the estimator didn't call me back for 5 hours and still didn't offer a resolution before he left for the weekend.

Communication was less than acceptable from the minute the truck was delivered until the moment and came to get my truck. . The wait time during the estimate was ridiculously slow, much slower than all previous experiences at Kimbals. The assistance with a rental vehicle was non-existent. The offer to fix some of the repairs a bit better than they were was non-existent.

Customer service is not good. I have been going there thru GEICO for over 10yrs. Never one good experience until I’m paying my deductible. They don’t treat GEICO guest the same as their regular guest. I will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN! No communication until your car is ready. Be prepared to be in a rental for at least 3-4weeks. Once surpassing my 35 day limit thru my insurance. The work done on the car has been great.. the service is just very poor.
