my car inside was filthy, it had signs of water damage and smells like damp mold now, i never had it perfectly clean but it wasn't water exposed or dirty on back floors or seats. and now it is and I have to pay for it to be detailed since the people didn't bother cleaning the inside mess they created. the people are kind, and quick service, maybe too quick since my vehicle wasn't properly cleaned. the body work was done well .

THey completed the repairs on time and when they were not able to get one of the replacement parts, they compensated by crediting an amount on the deductible I had to pay.

The truck body work is great. Customers service great. I have a door that doesn't open on the first pull, super dirty, and I feel like I could get high off of the fumes. It a 50 50 chance.

The staff at Kimballs was great but it seems like it was too much of a push on Friday to finish my truck. I would have rather got it on Monday and not have to go back or pay to have it detailed.
