Although I feel king collision had my car longer than anticipated, and three different estimates had to be approved through my insurance company, I have no doubt that competent work was done. I don’t know if some of the delay was in paperwork mishandling from King collision or from Allstate, but in the end, I am satisfied with the repair.

Went above and beyond what was expected. They picked me up and brought me to the car because I didn’t have a way to get there. The car looked great.

Would give it a 0 if I could. Always calling for updates, didn't extend the rental drop off date despite me asking 3 times, gave me attitude over the phone when I asked when my car would be ready. Judging from the rest of the reviews, the people who run this place don't care that this is a common problem with this place since their work is passable. Would not come back here if this was the only collision center in the world.
