The staff helped make an unpleasant situation completely bearable. Being involved in an accident is so much easier to navigate when you are able to deal with knowledgeable, pleasant people. The receptionist at the entrance was very helpful, as were Jason and Cody.

If the repair had been at my cost (e.g. if I was without a car or had to pay rental car costs I would have been much less satisfied). Not thrilled about the noise from the weather guard on the driver's door (at higher speeds it sounds like the window is cracked open a bit. But at least the door now closes nicely)
