The Emails were from Kingston Hot Rods and we were corresponding with KINGSTON COLLISION. We didn't know Hot Rods was the corporation's name. So we deleted some important information thinking it was junk mail.

My only minor complaint is that I was notified on Monday that the repairs were complete, but the message was left on my landline; only on Tuesday did I get a call on my primary number--my cell. As a result, I had to return the rental in a dangerously snowy conditions. Otherwise, customer service rates a 10.

Just left this on Google! "Kingston Collision eases the experience of going through an accident. They were efficient, quick, and personally walked me through the process of assessing the damage, handling the reservations of the rental car, and getting my car fixed up. They even had finished the work very early! Every individual I came in contact with was calm and incredibly friendly, and funny too. While I hope not to get in another accident any time soon, if I do I know where I'll be heading. Thanks for making a stressful experience easy to wade through!"
