Overall, I had a very positive experience with the repair shop. The customer service and communication were excellent, and I would rate them 10/10 in those areas. The staff kept me informed throughout the process and made me feel well taken care of. The only area that could use some improvement is the paint finish. While the repair looks good overall, I noticed a few minor imperfections upon closer inspection. There are some areas on the driver’s side that are not completely smooth, with slight bumps and a few small rough spots around the edges. These issues are minor and may not be noticeable to most people, but they stood out when I carefully examined the work. That said, I am still satisfied with the overall repair and appreciate the professionalism and excellent service provided by the team. Thank you for taking care of my vehicle.

Had to send my car back twice and still did not came out right. Manager was in my opinion rushing, and lack transparency of resolving my tow hitch bar issue. Overspray still on bumper but what you expect
