It was a little frustrating that I had to return my vehicle more than one time. 1st time was the replacement windshield was broken, 2nd time it was not there when i was scheduled to bring back the vehicle, 3rd time to actually replace the windshield. Every time I got an update about my vehicle at that location it was me calling to see what was going on due to the lack of communication from the Team at that location. I wouldn’t even get a text or a call. Overall my vehicle did get fixed and repaired but just frustrating that I had to go to the location 3 times in 5 days. Brian Roddy was amazing and explained everything about my vehicle and did a full walkthrough with me when it was completed.
