I actually have been raving about my experience with the Fairfield location of Klimisch Collision all week. The day that I received my car, I went ahead and posted pictures and videos on social media of how great of an experience I received. I came to Klimisch Collision after having damage to the front of my car. Brian assisted me when I called their Fairfield location. He went above and beyond my experience with auto shops. Brian was very communicative, friendly, and made sure I felt understood and taken care of throughout the entire process. He states that he was hoping for a 10 out of 10 rating for my experience with Klimisch Collisions. Brian not only did that, but made a future returning customer. Brian and the staff of Klimisch Collision fixed all areas of the damage from my accident, and did not stop there. They went ahead and fixed my grill, did a perfect job fixing all scratches, and even fixed a dent out of sheer kindness. I am more than satisfied! I am extremely happy with Brian’s care and the entire staff for accommodating my needs and going above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied.

Very satisfied and great customer service. Repair was completed very fast and they notified me and had great communication every step of the way. They gave me a ride to get my rental car as well which was much appreciated. I will definitely go back if I need more autobody work.
