Knapp Chevy were diligent in repairing our Beetle. It took longer than originally expected.because, as I am well aware, Volkswagen does not stock parts; anything you want has to be ordered and you have to wait for it. But Knapp was very good and kept me posted on progress.

The completion took far long than the anticipated date and was pushed back numerous times. Upon final receipt of the vehicle there were additional miles on the odometer that I received no explanation for.

The body work is good. The issues that remain are 1. Light is still not working even after I was told that it had been repaired. 2. Something is not right under the hood, it sounds rough when accelerating and the steering wheel is tight. None of these things existed before the accident
