There is a new rattling noise at the front which was not there previously. Trying to diagnose.

Almost no communication. Repairs took a month. They blame Subaru, which is fine, but onus to consistently call for updates the day I was expecting completed work, only to be told “sorry, you should have received an update. We’ll send you a text. We’re not sure.”

I was not happy with the sales person my was scheduled to be ready on Monday I started calling and leaving a message on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday and never got a return call. Finally I got a lady on phone and she did go to shop and asked some questions.
