There was defects in the repairs. I was also charged for the rental due to the shops miscommunication with all involved with the repair of my vehicle. There wasa lot of water in the compartment where the repair was done!!!!

The front was nice, but a lot of miscommunication. The claim for repairs on the vehicle started in May, job wasn't done till August.

I had an excellent experience with Kraftsman, and I especially want to recognize Jeremy Thuma, the Production Manager / Damage Appraiser, for the exceptional way he handled the repair of my brand-new Toyota 4Runner. The vehicle needed body damage repair, and when we initially came to pick it up after the work was completed, we noticed a small imperfection that had been overlooked. What impressed me most was how Jeremy responded. He immediately took full responsibility and was not satisfied with simply making a minor touch-up or trying to explain it away. Instead, he made the decision to redo the repair properly from scratch. This was no small undertaking—they had to reorder parts and disassemble and reassemble the entire left side of the vehicle again to make sure everything was corrected to the proper standard. Jeremy clearly takes tremendous pride in his work and genuinely cares about the quality of the final result and the customer's satisfaction. His professionalism, accountability, communication, and attention to detail were exceptional throughout the process. Mistakes or imperfections can happen with any repair, but what really distinguishes a great business is how they respond when something is not quite right. Jeremy's response gave me tremendous confidence in Kraftsman and showed me that they truly stand behind their work. I would highly recommend Kraftsman, and especially Jeremy, to anyone looking for an auto body shop that cares about doing the job right.

Excellent service, great customer service. I wish I had been given a more accurate repair time (4-5 hours initially keeping the car at the shop overnight- 24 hours.) Since they were repainting one side mirror it should be easy to estimate how much time it would take. I only have one car. But, the repair shop was so accommodating, professional and gracious that I was pleased with the service. Thank you.

Everything was AAA but I gave a 9 because I was told the job would take 4-5 hours when it took 24 hours. It would have been fine to if had been told 24 hours, but this caused an enormous disruption for me. This job of repainting the side mirror should have been easy to calculate the time to be more accurate.
