They had to clean up a small clear coat drip spot when I went to pick up the car. They also had to clean random areas of leftover compound dust. When I arrived back home with the car, the inner door panel on the DS, separated from the outer panel on the left side and top left side. They are still not connected. However, I was very pleased with the paint color matching!

As I stated previously, the goal was the quality of the work and making the scratch disappear while also matching that orange paint! And they accomplished that.

The main goal of the body work I had done was a a great repair on the scratch and paint match for my BMW, which is Orange Metallic. They accomplished that goal! It was the cleanup and attention to detail that needs work in my evaluation. Lots of compound dust needed clean up, a little dripping from the clear coat and the inner door (DS) panel was not seated properly, but was missed. These issues were eventually solved, but it was during and after I picked up my car.

The manager was very accommodating and took care of a few issues involving cleanup before I took possession of my car. The manager, Jeremy, was great and very understanding of my concerns. He took care of everything before I left the shop and afterwards! He made me feel like my car and my being satisfied with the work was #1!
